You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Gebyar4d will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be turned over the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Abuse of promotions will result in account suspension.

The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. All Deposits to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Gebyar4d does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
All transactions on the gebyar4d Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a deposit is made in an alternative currency (for example, USDT cryptocurrency), the MYR equivalent will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing. No currency conversion fees are charged by gebyar4d, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer (FPX/DuitNow) minimum deposits are MYR 100. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are the equivalent of USDT 50. These minimums are subject to change; the current limits displayed on the Deposit page of your Account are always authoritative.
Gebyar4d is not responsible for deposits that fail, are delayed, or are lost due to technical issues on the side of the payment provider. If a deposit is deducted from your payment source but does not appear in your Account within the stated processing time, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must:

Indicative timeframes are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers via FPX typically process within 30 minutes to 2 hours during normal banking hours; USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency withdrawals typically process within 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions. These timeframes are indicative and may be subject to additional processing time during periods of high transaction volume.
Withdrawal limits apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account. Players enrolled in higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated withdrawal limits. Gebyar4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard limits.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by gebyar4d are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that will be stated at the time the promotion is communicated. These general Terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by the promotion-specific terms.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered thirty (30) times before the resulting funds become withdrawable. Wagering contributions by game type will vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Gebyar4d employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially; and claiming bonuses that are not intended for your player segment. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and Bonus Funds forfeited.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account and cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on gebyar4d are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where explicitly permitted by the game rules.
For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting events — gebyar4d reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with standard sports betting industry rules. In the event of event postponement, abandonment, or result amendment, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's governing rules as applied by our trading team.
Gebyar4d is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, system failures, or communication issues that affect bet placement or result display. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, erroneous game outcomes, or software malfunctions — gebyar4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
Players are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that breaches these Terms, violates applicable law, or causes harm to gebyar4d, its systems, or other players. The following activities are explicitly prohibited:
Consequences: Violation of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances and pending winnings, reporting to relevant authorities where required by law, and legal action where appropriate.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account suspension.

Gebyar4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), gebyar4d reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. If fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities. Where Account closure is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure), any remaining real-money Balance in excess of applicable minimums will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method after KYC verification.
Players who wish to close their Account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. All Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gebyar4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform or Services.
Gebyar4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions, for which gebyar4d will not be held liable.
The total liability of gebyar4d to any individual Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gebyar4d makes no representations or warranties that the Services are legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your location.
Gebyar4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying Players by email.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gebyar4d holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and gebyar4d, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players should submit their complaint in writing to our support team. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
